In 2003, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act) amended the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the federal law that defines and regulates the access and use of consumer reports. To facilitate consumers’ ability to dispute out-of-date or inaccurate data, the FACT Act allows consumers to view a free copy of their consumer file(s) generated by certain consumer reporting agencies (CRAs) once each twelve-month period.

Reports stored in iReviewNow’s secure systems are not subject to free annual disclosure, except where you have given permission to a consumer reporting agency or user of iReviewNow to transmit your reports for your review.
